1 The Service is educational & demo-only

Cryptorua is a demonstration and educational trading platform. All trading functionality operates exclusively on the Binance testnet (sandbox) using simulated funds. No real money, real orders, or real assets are involved. The Service does not custody funds and cannot execute live trades.

2 Not financial advice

Nothing on the Service — including signals, indicators, AI outputs, market data, backtests, or any other content — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Trading cryptocurrencies carries substantial risk. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Past or simulated performance does not indicate future results.

3 Intellectual property

The Service and all of its contents — including the software, source code, design, layout, user interface, graphics, text, the “Cryptorua” name, logo, and brand, and the underlying trading strategies, models, and analytics — are owned by Cryptorua or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights are reserved. You are granted only a limited, revocable right to view the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

4 Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit others to:

• copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, or create derivative works from any part of the Service, including its design, layout, or user experience;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means (bots, spiders) to access or collect data from the Service, except with our prior written permission;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, models, or algorithms behind the Service;
• resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the Service or its content;
• frame, embed, or misrepresent the Service, or remove any proprietary notices;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, or rate-limiting features.

5 Accounts & credentials

Some features require signing in via an email magic link. You are responsible for keeping your email and account secure and for all activity under your account. Any exchange API keys you provide are for the Binance testnet only and are stored encrypted — never provide live-trading credentials.

6 No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any data (including market data) is accurate or timely.

7 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptorua and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility.

8 Changes to these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect when posted here with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
